What Is Emotional Intelligence?

Our emotions are rooted in our experiences and it’s not always easy to identify what we’re feeling when we’re facing difficult circumstances, like Divorce, Separation or Stresses in our everyday lives. So, I want to help you identify what you’re moving through and then walk you through the process. I will work with you to understand and manage your emotions in positive ways, as well as communicate effectively in order to defuse conflicts, relieve stress and overcome challenges.

    We often find ourselves struggling to identify what we’re feeling in times of difficulty. The range of emotions seems chaotic.

    But yelling, for example, doesn't always mean you're angry and laughing doesn't always mean you're happy. Instead, what seems like anger may actually be disappointment or frustration.

    And it’s important to understand, what is really driving that emotion? Why do you really feel this way? What movie keeps playing out in your mind in that emotional state? How do you deal with it?
